Get your green on and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Raglan Road at Downtown Disney, where the fun starts early – doors open at 11 a.m., with a $10 cover charge to get you in the door for the entire day (with free party favors, and a wristband that lets you come and go). Kids under 18 are free.

So you are going to Disney World for the first time. Where do I start?Probably the first thing you want to look at is a map or “lay of the land” as they say. Disney World is HUGE and you must keep this in mind when you visit. It can take you 20 minutes via the bus system to get from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Magic Kingdom. Keep this in mind when you are planning on attending any of the events that are located in each of the parks. You wouldn’t want to get to plan on seeing one of the many parades, for instance, and find out that it took you 20 minutes to wait for the bus, 20 minutes on the bus ride and another 15-20 minute walk just to get through the turnstiles and into the actual park. You may have missed the event or parade or whatever it is that you had planned on attending.
